I can send messages to my virtual inbox without problems but cannot send them to an actual mobile phone?

I can send messages to my virtual inbox without problems but cannot send them to an actual mobile phone?

Sending actual messages to networks outside the United States is prohibited with the evaluation version of the Simplewire SMS Software Development Kit. In order to send actual messages, you must purchase a commercial license for the Software Development Kit. At that time, you will be assigned a Commercial Subscriber ID and password. By implementing this Commercial Subscriber ID and password into your code, you will be able to send actual messages to actual mobile phones.

You can create your commercial account and license your SMS SDK at the Simplewire™ Store.
