Does Simplewire retry if an IO exception or network error occurs during delivery from its network?

Does Simplewire retry if an IO exception or network error occurs during delivery from its network?

Yes, our system will try to push the message forward until it gets to the carrier. This means that it will even retry if something is down. Thus, our system works just like the SMS Center at a carrier does.
