The Simplewire™ Beta Program offers the opportunity to try new forthcoming Simplewire products and services, before they are released to the public. The program is free, and allows Simplewire’s customers to help engineer, test, and debug its future offerings. Thus, the program is an integral part of our continual attempts to improve service for our customers, and is a reflection of Simplewire’s commitment to excellence.
Customers may create a beta account at beta.simplewire.com and receive a Beta Subscriber ID. This account will provide the customer with access to the Simplewire Beta Program mailing list, which will update them with the latest information on future Simplewire offerings. Upon release of a new beta product or service, customers will be notified, and asked to test the quality of the product. They will then be asked to respond to Simplewire with feedback on problems that are encountered and suggestions for improvement. This process will ensure that all Simplewire commercial products and services provide its customers with the high quality of wireless messaging capabilities that they expect and demand.
