Trust is an important component in any form of human communication. Assuring our visitors' Internet privacy is one of the many ways in which Simplewire demonstrates its reliability.

Simplewire recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by its users through both the Simplewire website, as well as through the use of its products and services. Simplewire has created the following policy guidelines in order to ensure that its users’ rights to privacy are fully respected.

What types of information does Simplewire gather?

Personal information is collected through various registration and request forms. The forms require the user to insert contact information such as name and email address. Unique identifiers such as a password and user name are collected to verify your identity, as well as to identify your account in our record system.

Contact information is also used to send our users current information about the company and promotional material from some of our partners. **This function is ONLY for users who have requested this information during the registration process.

Simplewire acquires its users’ IP addresses, in order to help diagnose problems with its server. Your IP address is also used as a unique identifier.

Personal and Contact Information

Simplewire will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us to any third party without permission. However, Simplewire reserves the right to disclose the identity of companies which join the Developer or Beta programs, or become commercial users for purposes of advertisement and investor relations. Upon request, Simplewire will remove users, and their information, from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail newsletters or contact.

Information in Wireless Messages

Information sent through the Wireless Messaging Network will be confidential, and will be available only in cases where support or repair is required. In such cases, information from wireless messaging through the Simplewire system will not be disclosed to anyone other than those required to repair the problem.

Pin / Mobile Phone Numbers

Simplewire stores each users PIN (Phone Identification Number) in an encrypted form on our server. Simplewire will never release a PIN to anyone other than the subscriber.
